Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 15, 2026
1. Overview
Agent Memory Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Agentic Memory service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our hosted MCP surfaces, website, and related services.
2. Data we process
- Code snippets — returned by search and trace tools from your indexed repositories.
- Conversation history — messages stored via explicit memory-write tools such as
add_message. - Research findings — URLs, PDFs, and extracted content ingested via tools such as
memory_ingest_research. - Authentication data — API keys and bearer tokens used to access hosted endpoints.
- Telemetry — MCP tool call logs for debugging and rate-limiting purposes.
3. Memory-write behavior
The public MCP surfaces expose read tools (e.g., search_codebase) and explicit write tools (e.g., add_message, memory_ingest_research). Writes only modify your private memory graph. Our tools do not post to public internet endpoints or modify external services on your behalf.
4. How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide the Agentic Memory service: indexing, retrieval, authentication, and customer support. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.
5. Data retention and deletion
Hosted beta data is retained for the duration of your active account. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm completion within 7 business days.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated.
7. Contact
