1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Agentic Memory service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agentic Memory is a multi-domain memory system for AI agents. The Service provides persistent, searchable memory across code, research, conversations, and git history via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service is offered as a managed hosted beta and as an open-source, self-hosted option.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code from the hosted Service.

4. Accounts and Authentication

Access to the hosted beta requires a valid API key or bearer token. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. THE MANAGED HOSTED BETA IS EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT MEMORY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agent Memory Labs is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
